Starting from 19 June 2020, 3S-Smart Software Solutions GmbH will operate under the name CODESYS GmbH.
From this date on we will continue all activities under the new name without any changes. The pure name change has no influence on existing contracts with our customers. CODESYS GmbH is in every respect the legal successor of 3S-Smart Software Solutions GmbH. All commercial law data such as commercial register number, sales tax identification number, bank details, and address remain unchanged. All contact persons remain available under the known contact data.
