This version prepares the transition to version 5.0: It provides unbound-placeholder resolution for the Memory Block Manager library of CODESYS. This allows for add-ons and for projects that can safely switch between Base Libraries 4.0.1 and 5.x.

Update of "CODESYS Application Composer Single License" only, no functional changes. This update is necessary for running "CODESYS Application Composer" (any version) in SL-mode on any new CODESYS versions starting with V3.5 SP19 Patch 3. It cannot be used with older CODESYS versions. For using "CODESYS Application Composer" with older CODESYS versions, use the old "CODESYS Application Composer Single License".
