A training course from the "CODESYS Academy" series. The original from the CODESYS manufacturer.
The aim of the course is to familiarize participants with the CODESYS programming tool. An introduction to the IEC 61131-3 standard is also provided. The training takes place over 4 half days using online meeting software.
The target group is anyone who programs devices, develops applications and manages projects, as well as software engineers with little prior knowledge of automation.

Course content
A training course from the "CODESYS Academy" series. The original from the CODESYS manufacturer.
The training is held by an experienced instructor. To facilitate the transfer of knowledge, the theoretical part is followed by practical exercises. Use cases are used to demonstrate how the tool can be used. Finally, the training participant will learn about the following aspects of CODESYS:
- Project management
- Backup and restore
- Hardware configuration
- Elementary data types
- Own data types (DUT)
- Simple programming logic (FBD/KOP)
- Structured text (ST)
- Program organization units (POU)
- Diagnostics (breakpoints, flow control, watch, trace)
