Product Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

CODESYS is used in more than 1 million machines and systems worldwide. This makes us the market leader for hardware-independent control software in the field of industrial automation. To keep it that way, more than 250 employees work on the development and marketing of CODESYS at our offices in Kempten, Boston, Beijing, and Milan.

Your tasks:

  • Preparation of technical content for various media and channels, e.g. texts for trade publications, our website or brochures, producing clips for the CODESYS YouTube channel, creating presentations
  • Support of partners worldwide, such as technology companies and educational institutions
  • Technical preparation of trade shows and events, both virtual and on site
  • Moderate travel in the context of trade fairs or customer visits
  • Close collaboration with our Marketing Communications, Product Management and Development teams

In Product Marketing, you work in a team that places technical content into an understandable overall context and ensures that our product messages are positioned clearly and appropriately for the target audience. We act as a link between development, product management and marketing, always keeping the needs of different markets and industries in mind.

You will become part of a team characterized by close coordination, short decision-making paths and a strong hands-on mentality. Together, we ensure that CODESYS innovations become visible and that our users are optimally supported – from device manufacturers and machine and plant builders to international technology partners.

 

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in a MINT subject or comparable qualification with a technical background
  • Strong affinity for technology and software and enthusiasm for new topics
  • Excellent language skills and very good German and English, both written and spoken
  • Programming skills for PCs / industrial controllers (e.g. in IEC 61131‑3 languages) are an advantage
