Working Student Product Marketing (m/f/d)

CODESYS is used in more than 1 million machines and systems worldwide. This makes us the market leader for hardware-independent control software in the field of industrial automation. To keep it that way, more than 200 employees work on the development and marketing of CODESYS at our offices in Kempten, Boston, Beijing, and Milan.

Your tasks:

  • Support in the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new products
  • Creation of sales packages from product positioning in collaboration with the Marketing Communications department
  • Translating technical content into understandable and consistent market messages
  • Content planning and realization of events with customers, partners and interested parties
  • Creating multimedia content - from YouTube videos, website content and presentations to brochures or technical texts for print and online media

Do you want to make technology understandable? Then product marketing, the technical side of marketing, is the right place for you. We prepare complex product information from development in such a way that it is understandable for our diverse target groups. We work closely with the Product Management, Marketing Communications and Sales departments.

Your profile:

  • Ongoing studies in the field of industrial engineering, business informatics, automation technology, electrical engineering or a comparable technical or technical-economic field of study
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially in the preparation and presentation of technical content
  • High degree of initiative, structured way of working, reliability and team orientation
  • Strong communication skills, in particular the ability to present complex technical content in a way that is appropriate for the target group
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • An advantage would be:
    • Interest in interdisciplinary topics such as product management, product marketing, business development or technical sales
    • Basic understanding of terms such as PLC, fieldbus, drive technology, Debian, Raspberry Pi and sensor/actuator systems
