Assistant in Order Processing (m/f/d)

To keep it that way, more than 200 employees at our locations in Kempten, Boston, Beijing and Milan work on the development and marketing of CODESYS.

Your tasks:

  • Careful packaging of customer hardware
  • Shipping of customer hardware in compliance with internal processes
  • Creating delivery bills
  • Generating and processing of shipping orders
  • Documentation and maintenance of shipping data in Microsoft Excel

In Order Processing, we take care of the commercial processing of all orders as well as the dispatch of CODESYS keys and license stickers We also support the internal process for handling customer hardware and export shipments. We are looking for motivated support for our dedicated team. The position is limited until the end of 2025.

Your profile:

  • Careful and independent working style as well as commitment
  • Strong communication skills and team orientation
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Good written and spoken German skills
