CODESYS is perfectly suited for controlling processes or plants. It is used in steel and aluminum rolling mills and for monitoring and controlling sewage or paper processing plants via telecontrol.

Chimæra bc 800: Modular ausbaubare CODESYS V3 Steuerung.
Die CU845 übernimmt dabei die Aufgabe als Kommunikationscontroller zu den Aussenstellen und der Alarmierung über GSM Modem und Telealarm.
Die ARA in Twann wurde 1977 in Betrieb genommen.In der ARA-Zentrale in Twann steuern mit der CU845 & CU850 zwei Biviator SPS Steuerungen die Prozesse der Zentrale und Aussenstationen.

Automatisierungstechnischer Umbau eines Herdwagenofens mit der Industriesteuerung SE-607 und integrierter CODESYS Software-SPS

Der Herdwagenofen ist gasbeheizt & verfügt über 3 Regelzonen, die im Split-Range Betrieb arbeiten & die Stellgröße an die Brennerrundumsteuerung geben.
Während des Prozesses werden Istwerte in ein Diagramm eingetragen, so dass der Bediener auf einen Blick den Prozess überblicken kann.
Die im Schaltschrank befindliche Steuerung ist mit für die Wärmebehandlung optimierten CAN-I/O’s verbunden.

Touch-Display mit einer Eingabemaske für Regler-, Grenz- und Sollwerte sowie für eine Vor-Ort-Anzeige von Istwerten, Fehlern, Alarmen und Grenzwertverletzungen.
Die Regler und die Schützsteuerung werden durch eine moderne, zukunftssichere SPS
ersetzt, die den Regler als Software-Regler nachbildet.
Die zukünftige Sensorik und Aktorik wird mit
DC 24V umgesetzt.
