With an increase in turnover of more than 12 % in fiscal year 2015, 3S-Smart Software Solutions once again experienced significant growth. The manufacturer of CODESYS — the market leader of IEC 61131 3 compliant software for automation applications — hired 10 new employees in order to satisfy fast-growing demand and to provide additional resources for product development and sales. Now more than 130 employees are working on the development, marketing, and sales of CODESYS at the Kempten headquarters and the sales offices in Italy and China.
The year 2015 saw the expansion of a new building, creating over 50 new workspaces across 790 m2. The pulse of the new building is the top floor, where a new glass-paned bistro covering 180 m2 offers a magnificent view of the Allgäu Alps.
