The name change concerns the sales company of the globally active group of companies with 200 employees in Germany, China, Italy, and the USA. Since its foundation in 1994, the company has been known as "3S-Smart Software Solutions GmbH". It will continue its business activities under the name CODESYS GmbH without any changes
